BIT 2405 Introduction to Business Statistics, Analytics, and Modeling is an approved substitute for REAL 2034 for all Pamplin majors minoring in Real Estate.
SPIA 2244 Sustainable Urbanization / GEOG 2244 Sustainable Urbanization is offered in the spring semester only. SPIA 4454 Future of Cities is offered in the fall semester only.
Including all prerequisites, students need a MINIMUM of 2 academic years or 4 semesters to complete the Real Estate minor. Total Credits Required: 28
Any student (including first-year and transfer) is eligible to apply for the Real Estate minor.
Students can apply for the Real Estate minor at http://pampl.in/addminor
The student must maintain a GPA of at least 2.5 for all courses in the minor.
Some courses have prerequisites; please consult the Virginia Tech Undergraduate Catalog or check with your academic advisor for the current prerequisite requirements. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet prerequisite requirements.
