1 Selected World Problems may be taken up to three times (9 credit hours).
2 Study Abroad, Internship, Independent Study, and/or other programming must be topically and/or substantively related to the European and Transatlantic Studies areas of study to count towards the minor. Please see your advisor for approval.


Graduation Requirements

Students enrolled in the minor must also complete the following graduation requirements:

  • Hours Requirement: A minimum of eighteen (18) credit hours is required to graduate with a Minor in European and Transatlantic Studies (ETS). Of these, a minimum of six (6) credit hours must be completed at the 3000 and/or 4000 level.
  • GPA Requirement: Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 in courses used to fulfill this minor. All courses listed above are included in the calculation of the minor GPA.
  • Prerequisites: Some courses listed on this document may have pre-/corequisites; please consult the University Catalog or check with your advisor.
  • Dual Use of Courses: No more than 50% of the graded course credits required for the Minor in European and Transatlantic Studies (ETS) may be double-counted in a student's Major.
